Greičiausias pasaulio traukinys

Atrodo, kad Kinija tikrai gali padaryti tai, ko nesugebėjo Sovietų Sąjunga su N. Chruščiovu priešakyje - pavyti ir pralenkti Ameriką. Ką ten JAV - visą pasaulį!

Štai dar vienas pavyzdys iš komunistų - kapitalistų šalies. Šioje šalyje, sparčiai modernizuojančioje geležinkelių sistemą, pasiektas reguliariai kursuosiančio traukinio greičio rekordas - 415 km per valandą. Naujasis superekspresas pradės kursuoti tarp Šanchajaus ir Hangžū (Hangzhou) miestų jau spalio mėnesį.

Kinijoje jau dabar itin greitų traukinių trasos siekia per 4300 mylių. Tai - irgi pasaulio rekordas. Tačiau pastarąja naujiena džiaugiasi inžinieriai, o ne keleiviai. Mat bilietai į naująjį traukinį pabrangs daugiau nei dvigubai. Be to, jis dažnai stos tarpinėse stotelėse. Progresas ne visada atneša lauktų vaisių.

Hi Sarah,I can't tell you how glad I am to have found your website. We have been ioatemplmtcng a move to Tasmania for about 6 years now. Last year we sold our house in Port Lincoln SA and bought another house further up the coast from there at Elliston and I am now regretting our decision. At the time that we sold our last house our daughter was 8 months old and it just all seemed too hard to move to Tasmania, even though that had been the original plan. Too little time to research, to hard to find the right place to live etc etc.A year on and we have just made the decision to put our current house on the market and look once again at moving to Tas, hence the google search and ending up at your website.We are fortunate that my partner works in offshore oil and gas so finding a job down there isn't an issue. Being close to the surf is important for him and being able to have a beautiful garden is important for me. I will continue to read you website posts to gain a better understanding of what living in Tasmania is really like. I am not that fond of the cold but as long as your house is warm and you rug up when you go out it can't be that bad, can it?Any idea of what to schools are like in Tasmania. I also have a 16 year old so we have to take that into consideration as well. Thinking about the Tasman Peninsula region at the moment or down south of Woodbridge (although I am not sure about the surf down that way).Thanks so much for your time, so glad to have found you.Jo
